Step guide to workforce planning

While working for the Department of Health, Mike Wren and Jenny Stevenson put together a planning toolkit for workforce development. The original toolkit site is no longer available but it was based around a step guide and a version of this, 'Six Steps', is still available on the Skills for Health site: www.healthcareworkforce.nhs.uk.

The '6 steps' guide on this site is an updated version and will include additional explanatory material and examples.
